Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured providing you with peace of mind and protection for your home. Upon request, we are happy to provide backup proof and documentation!
How often should I schedule cleaning services?
The frequency of cleaning appointments depends on your preferences and needs. We offer flexible scheduling options, including weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time cleans. We recommend getting on a recurring schedule; our recommendation is to start a recurring schedule with an initial deep clean and then regularly scheduled standard cleans to maintain your results long term and enjoy a clean space indefinitely!
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment?
We understand that schedules can change. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of $50, and re-scheduled appointments a fee of $25.
What happens if something breaks?
All our teams are fully insured. This means you are protected in case of any accidental damages or injuries that may occur during the cleaning process.
Are your cleaners background checked?
Yes. Our customers are welcoming us into their homes and we take that responsibility very seriously. All our cleaners undergo thorough background checks prior to joining our team.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
How do I re-schedule or cancel a booked cleaning?
Our email service reminders include a Reschedule and/or Cancel button which allows you to instantly reschedule or cancel your booking with one click. Or simply call us or email us and we’ll update your booking.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
Nope! We provide all our own supplies. However, if there are special equipment or products you’d prefer the team use, we’re always happy to so long as they are provided.
Can I leave my keys or provide an garage/access code?
Not a problem – our cleaners are trained to handle keys and access codes responsibly.

Do I need to be home when you arrive for the cleaning?
Nope. Generally our teams prefer to have owners home for the first time we visit so as to point out specific areas/details, but it isn’t required. Many of our clients provide access instructions, and our professional cleaning team can handle the job efficiently whether you’re present or not.
